My Story and Mission!
Hello, I’m Sarah!
I’m a certified Reiki attuned Practitioner with a traceable lineage back to the founder himself! I am a high level empath and intuitive - deeply passionate about helping others heal and grow with this beautiful, holistic therapy, along with guidance I've learnt on my personal healing journey.
I am non judgemental, understanding and full of unconditional love.
My own healing journey began after having debilitating anxiety and panic disorder - which I've suffered with since childhood - made worse by the loss of my mother and my marriage breakdown.. Meditation & Reiki came into my life and that's where transformation began! After experiencing Reiki myself - I just knew this is part of my life purpose!
Reiki & Meditation has helped me heal through my intense grief, trauma, anxiety, and panic disorder, and I’ve managed to find peace, balance, and the ability to move beyond the “fight or flight” state. It’s now my mission to guide others on their own path to wellness, inner calm and self discovery.
I currently offer my sessions from a peaceful, cosy room in my home, designed to be a safe and soothing space for your healing journey. As my practice grows, I dream of one day creating a wellness centre—home to a beautiful community of practitioners, and rooms designated to different healing modalities such as music therapy, rage room, meditation spaces etc...all united in helping others heal body, mind, and soul.
I work intuitively, with my main "Clair Senses" being Clairaudient, Clairsentient, and Claircognizant.
I also channel Light Language.
These gifts often bring added depth and insight to my Reiki sessions and sometimes I'm called to pull advice/oracle/tarot cards at the end of sessions (with your permission!), creating a truly personalized experience. I never know exactly what will come through, but it’s always positive, loving, and exactly what’s needed.

Hello! I'm Sarah. I'm a mum of two children - Daisy 9 & Dylan 6.
I've been doing Reiki since 2023 and am so passionate about this healing modality and the benefits it brings to someone's body, mind and soul. I have faced alot of hardships in my life, but it's all been for the reason I do what I do, and where my passion to help others comes from! I truly hope I get to help you on this journey!

I offer a safe, calm, comforting, non-judgemental space, where you can unwind and relax for an hour. The room is made darker, with a glowing light, gentle healing music will play and you will feel deeply relaxed by this completely safe, natural, non invasive practice. Reiki can help with pain relief, anxiety & stress and the energy is always intended for your highest and best good.
